Njabulo Hadebe is the CEO of Mariva Advisory Group, where he uses his experience in financial services and economics to support business growth and financial sustainability. With over ten years in the industry, he has worked closely with individuals and businesses, helping them understand how funding and financial products affect operations and profitability. His early involvement with the student charter of the Black Management Forum helped shape his understanding of how market trends and economic shifts influence business decision-making.

At Mariva Advisory, Njabulo leads work across a wide range of industries, including agriculture, FMCG, property development, hospitality, renewable energy, water, technology, and financial services. His focus areas include capital raising, budgeting, market research, financial planning, and strategy development. He is driving the firm beyond being just a corporate finance specialist—towards becoming a strategic partner for businesses that want to grow, create jobs, and make a lasting impact in South Africa and across the continent.

Njabulo is passionate about education and skills development. After lecturing at a leading business school, he now applies that experience in entrepreneur training programmes, including partnerships with platforms like SEDFA. Through these efforts, he helps SMMEs understand financial concepts, improve planning, and make better business decisions. His teaching style is grounded in real-world examples, making financial education clear and practical.

He also brings concerted people-management skills from his time in middle management, focusing on team growth, leadership, and communication. Njabulo believes in developing individuals to reach their full potential and works to create a high-performance culture within the Mariva Advisory Group. He’s also passionate about using music, video, and creative storytelling to support learning in schools—helping to make education more engaging for the next generation. His long-term mission is to grow Mariva Advisory Group into a firm that helps transform businesses and communities across Africa.
