He has completed various other industry and management related courses including RE5 & RE1 leading up to his appointment as Key Individual by the FSCA.

Njabulo Hadebe

CEO

Njabulo Hadebe is the CEO of Mariva Advisory Group, where he uses his experience in financial services and economics to support business growth and financial sustainability. With over ten years in the industry, he has worked closely with individuals and businesses, helping them understand how funding and financial products affect operations and profitability. His early involvement with the student charter of the Black Management Forum helped shape his understanding of how market trends and economic shifts influence business decision-making.

Nontobeko Ngcobo

Business Risk Manager

Nontobeko Ngcobo has 11 years banking experience across the Retail, Private Banking and Business Banking segments. She is passionate about risk management and delivering world class client service as demonstrated by her impact in various roles in Sales and Retention; Service and Audit. She holds a Bcom Accounting degree and a Risk Management qualification. Her aspirations are personal and professional growth through continuous learning and development.

Dhezel Beharee

HR Manager

Dhezel graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology. She has also completed her Bachelors Degree in Psychology, National Certificate in Banking Services Advice with Distinction and is FAIS accredited with RE5. Her experience with Sales, Credit, Financial advice, Banking, Retail, and Human Resources, solidify her passion for people management and exceptional customer service.

Dhezel was a member of the Employment Equity Forum within a reputable financial institution. She believes that people are indeed one of our greatest resources and when managed with integrity, can grow the entirety of ones business in leaps and bounds.

Sbusiso Biyase

Business Strategist

Sbusiso Biyase joins the Mariva Advisory team as a business strategist. Sbusiso holds a BCom Honors degree and brings a strong academic background, along with valuable experience from the asset management and banking sectors. His professional journey reflects a deep understanding of financial markets, risk, and strategy making him a great fit for our growing team. Sbusiso's in-depth knowledge of the credit markets and financial analysis will strengthen Mariva Advisorys ability to deliver high-quality insights for our clients. His hands-on experience in credit evaluation, financial planning, and asset-based finance is key to enhancing the technical right or and precision we bring to our advisory work.
